Q ~ How do you Mail the prints so that they do not bend?
A ~ They are mailed in PHOTO MAILERS, marked "DO NOT BEND" on the outside of the envelope if shipped standard mail. So far less than 1% of ANY of our shipments have been delivered bent or damaged, this is the same shipping process that photographers use to ship photo's with. All in all still a very reliable way to ship but at a nominal cost to you the customer.
Q ~ How do you mail the key chains?
A ~ The key chains are mailed in bubble mailers. These are shipped standard postal rate.
Q ~ Can you REALLY do ANY First Name?
A ~ So far there has not been any first name that we have not been able to produce a First Name Print for, no matter how UNIQUE it is or how it is SPELLED. So if you have a REAL unique name don't worry ! You may always e-mail us prior to bidding if you want to be 100% sure it is in the data base.
Q ~ The LAST NAME History and CREST, are they made-up or is this information historically researched?
A ~ The data base for the Last Name information has about 100,000 histories available and 50,000 crest at this time. The data base was compiled over many years, and the information is very accurate. We have had several customers who have written back after getting their crest and said how accurate theirs was, they had already spent time doing much of the family research before finding our products.
Q ~ I have seen some other sellers with some similar name prints that are 8" x 10" size and I noticed that all of your prints are a 8 1/2" x 11", so is there a reason why your size is better? Are they easier to frame in this size?
A ~ Yes they are much easier to frame, especially if you plan to have them matted. Finding frames for these prints are easy ~ any national super store or arts and craft store will carry this size OAK WOOD FRAMES for a reasonable price, also any office supply store will carry them and call them 'document frames'. The 8 1/2" x 11" size prints are really easier to work with if you wish to have it matted and framed in a 11 x 14 size frame! Most Art supply stores or frame shops will have the right size mats pre-made in that size for only a couple of dollars. The only time we sell 8 x 10 size prints are if they are a limited edition or inventory close outs, and the size will be noted for each.
Q ~ Most of the samples you show have a birth date at the bottom can I have a short message instead?
A ~ Yes! You may have a 65 space maximum phase at the bottom instead of a date.
Q ~ How many different prints do you have?
A ~ Currently we have over 160+ Art Backgrounds to choose from (with more added each month).
Q ~ How long has "U Name It" been in business?
A ~ We have been in the NAME PRINTING business for over 12 years now and have built a solid reputation and customer base. Through the years we have linked up with other wholesale companies and supplier to enable us to expand, and offer our customers even more items at a great price.
Q ~ Are the papers these are printed on regular thin office supply specialty papers?
A ~ NO! The papers we use are either a heavy CARD STOCK (thick like greeting cards) or a Lithograph paper (some what glossy like a poster, but a heavier grade of paper). Quality is very important to us. The papers are acid free and great for SCRAPBOOKS!
Q ~ How fast do you ship after you get my payment and will you ship to international customers?
A ~ Money Orders, PayPal, and Credit Card orders ship next day, checks may be held for processing (7-10 business days) before shipping. We will do our best to find the most cost effective way to ship to you. We do not ship to internation address at this time unless the address is a military APO box.
Q ~ Do you accept Visa or MasterCard?
A ~ We accept Credit Card Payments Direct (we call you to get the card information so be sure and leave your daytime phone number when ordering) and also via www.PayPal.com, we will ship all credit cards orders the next day after the funds have transferred to us.
