Refund Policy
If a product purchased has a manufactures defective or was not personalized as Customers order form indicated, buyer can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, to the following address: U NAME IT, PO Box 1007, Whitney, TX 76692. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer a replacement products, or in some cases at SELLERS discretion a full refund. In some cases the item may not have to be shipped back to U NAME IT, please contact us by e-mail first before returning ANY item for instructions. We cannot issue a refund if the customer gave us the wrong information to use for the personalization, but a replacement may be issued under certain limited circumstances for a replacement fee. This REFUND POLICY sets forth Buyer's sole and exclusive right to a refund.
